Who we are
Valaris is an AI, software and automation consultancy based in Chile. We are the controller of the personal data collected on this site. For any privacy matter you can write to us at hola@valaris.studio.
Data you give us when you contact us
The contact terminal on the home page collects what you type in the conversation, including your name, email, company and the description of your project. That conversation is sent to our intake service, where it is processed automatically to structure your request, and we use it for a single purpose: to evaluate it and reply to you.
- We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
- We keep it only for as long as the business conversation you started lasts.
- You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to hola@valaris.studio.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used: which sections are visited and where navigation gets stuck. Clarity also records heatmaps and anonymous session replays. None of these tools load without your permission: the site works in full even if you decline them, and you can change your decision whenever you want using the button at the bottom of this page.
These providers may process the data outside Chile, under the terms of their own policies: Google and Microsoft.

Storage exempt from consent
We store your cookie decision in the val-consent key of your browser's local storage. It contains no identifiers and never leaves your device: it only keeps us from asking you again on every visit.
Your rights
Under Ley 19.628 and Ley 21.719, Chile's personal data protection laws, you can request access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability of your data by writing to hola@valaris.studio. We respond to every request within the legal deadlines. You can also file a complaint with the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales, Chile's personal data protection authority.

You can review or change your preference at any time. If you revoke your permission, the page reloads to discard the analytics scripts already loaded.
